About Us
The Valley House Inn puts you right in the heart of charming, historic Huntsville—close to everything that makes Ogden Valley such a special place to visit.
Just a short stroll from the Inn, you’ll find a beautiful town park with picnic areas and a playground, along with three wedding venues located on the same block—making the Valley House Inn an especially convenient home base for wedding parties, families, and guests celebrating nearby.
Outdoor adventure is never far away. Snowbasin Resort is just 12 minutes away, with Nordic Valley about 20 minutes and Powder Mountain approximately 25 minutes from the Inn. Pineview Reservoir is just down the road, where you can spend a summer day boating, paddleboarding, or jet skiing with rentals available from Club Rec.
And when you're ready to slow down, take a walk through town and experience a little local character at the legendary Shooting Star Saloon.
Whether you're here for a wedding, a ski weekend, a summer day on the lake, or simply a relaxing mountain escape, The Valley House Inn places you in the middle of it all—while giving you a beautiful place to come home to.
Nothing says old world charm like the Nelson suite. With an exposed brick wall and exposed timbers in the ceiling and a claw foot tub in the private bathroom, you'll feel like you have gone back in time. There are two full sized antique beds with luxury bedding. You won't have gone completely back in time, though, because there is a TV and a private sauna for you to enjoy.
In the Log Haven Suite, you can feel like you're in your own cozy rustic log cabin. Enjoy relaxing by the fireplace, watching TV from your bed or soaking in the giant tub in your own private bathroom. This room is all about coziness and relaxation. There is also a separate room with a table and chairs just for you.
The Valley suite lets you enjoy lots of natural light from four large windows (that can also be darkened for sleeping), a giant tub and an oversized luxury king size bed. In addition, you'll have your own fireplace and TV. You may not want to leave!
The Sprague suite is conveniently located on the main floor so no need to go up the stairs. This room has a king size bed with luxury bedding and a huge walk in shower with two shower heads. Beautiful nightstands with charging stations will help keep you in the modern world while enjoying the historical charm.
